Ingredients
- 1 28oz can of whole, peeled tomatoes
- 1 yellow onion
- 5 tbsps butter
- Salt & garlic powder to taste
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning (Optional)
Directions
Peel and halve the onion. Add to sauce pan.
Add tomatoes and butter.
Season to taste.
Simmer over medium heat for 45 minutes stirring occasionally.
Discard onion and pour over pasta.
