In addition to celebrating our Winter Release Party we will be having a Jimmy Buffet January celebration including Parrothead Potatoes (loaded baked potatoes). The grapes for our Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve are harvested from the carefully-managed Windsor Oaks Vineyards. Windsor Oaks is a 750 acre vineyard covering the northeastern extent of the Russian River Valley. Hot midday temperatures give way to maritime conditions in the evenings and mornings, when cool fog snakes its way up the Russian River.
Tasting Notes: Dark red fruit and anise on the nose; plum, black cherry, black currant, leather, and thick tannins linger on the palate.
Recommended Food Pairings: Ribeye steak, wine braised short ribs, roasted duck breast, braised venison, game meats, bbq lamb ribs.
