Cookie Pairing & Swap December 16th
Bring 2 dozen cookies to swap then enjoy picking out your 2 dozen cookies to take home. Note: bring your 2 dozen cookies on paper or plastic plates to place on the table to share. Also, bring your own container to take home 2 dozen.
Price includes a pairing of cookies (Bent Oak made!) and our awesome wine as well as other light snacks.

Donation: Raffle Ticket for a Holiday Basket
Date extended to December 17th
Join us in supporting the Central Texas Food Bank by purchasing a raffle ticket for one of Mrs. Winemaker's famous gift baskets. The raffle winner will be announced on December 20th. Bent Oak Winery was proud to be mentioned on KXAN TV for our earlier donation to the Central Texas Food Bank.

All donations will go to the Cedar Park Blue Santa program on December 11th.

December Wine of the Month: 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon TX

Cabernet Sauvignon is a challenging grape to grow in Texas, however, the Texas High Plains exhibits cool enough evenings during the growing year to support proper ripening. We source our Cabernet Sauvignon from from the Texas High Plains to and produce a wine with distinct black fruit, plum, white pepper, a hint of spice and well integrated oak. While this Cabernet Sauvignon is a pleasure to drink now, it will age gracefully for years.
Tasting Notes: Beautiful bouquet of dark fruit with a hint of spice. Cassis and black cherry with a soft pepper and tannin finish.
Recommended Food Pairings: Ribeye steak, barbeque beef ribs, pot roast, rich, dense pasta with deep marinara, and fantastically with an Arturo Fuente, sun-dried wrapper cigar.
