Winery Happenings: Bottling Completed
The 2023 bottling season is complete! For our 2022 varietals, we finished with a total case count of 1,920 and a pallet count of 34 of which 81% Texas wine and 19% California wine. Reds made up the bulk of the wine with 54%, Rosé at 8%, and Whites at 38%.

KICK YOUR FEET UP, ALVIES COMES TO YOU
Alvies says: We want to provide the best customer experience in all of footwear. Because if you can’t have fun trying on boots, you’re doing it wrong. We will literally drive a van-full of boots to you for a personal boot-fitting at Bent Oak Winery.
We want you to feel comfortable trying on our boots, and pulling them off. We’ll bring a few sizes and styles of your choice, for you (and whoever else may be joining) to find the perfect pair, and answer all your boot-wearin’ questions with trusted expertise.
And you get a free glass of wine to boot for filling out the form and trying on our boots! If you are happy with the boots you try and decide to buy them, then you will get a $50 gift certificate to Bent Oak Winery.

BUNKO is Back! Monday, Aug 28th 6:30 - 8:30
What a great way to have fun and get to know your fellow members, guests, and friends! Don’t worry if you have not played before, it is easy to learn!
Ticket includes a glass of wine, snacks, and loads of fun. We will have the snacks when you arrive then play will be begin after we all finish. We will have a mid-game break for cookies, etc. then finish the remainder of the rounds.

Wine Club Release: Don't Forget to Pick Up!
For those members who have not yet, don't forget to pick up your July Release wine between now and Sunday, August 27th from the tasting room or curbside: Wednesday-Saturday 1:00-7:00 or Sunday 12:30-5:00.
You can make a RESERVATION to visit the tasting room Wednesday through Saturday 1:00-7:00 PM and Sunday 12:30-5:00 PM.
Schedule a Curbside Pickup during normal curbside hours: Wednesday through Saturday 1:00-7:00 PM and Sunday 12:30-5:00 PM. You can schedule your pick up date and time by clicking PICK UP and remain in your car when you arrive in the parking lot. Call or text us at 512-673-8250 and we will deliver your order to your car.
Release Party T-Shirts
Quite a number of people expressed an interest in getting the T-Shirts worn by the staff at the last pick up party. If you would like to order one for $25, please complete this FORM . So far we have orders for 15 shirts so get your orders in ASAP for a Men's crew neck or Women's V-Neck. Note: We will need at least 24 shirts to place an order.

Chalk Hill is defined by its warm climate and volcanic white ash that characterize its soils and give it its name. Our Chardonnay reflects that warmth and the moderating evening coolness that allows this wine to fully develop and express itself. We age our Chardonnay sur lie in French Oak barrels for complexity, structure and smooth overall mouth feel.
Tasting Notes: Perfume nose with hints of citrus, green apple, and pear.
