Pairing 1: Oh Chai- chai spiced cake/ filled with a pear compote/ honey cream cheese frosting/ cheddar oat streusel with Roussanne
Pairing 2: Chocolate cheesecake- chocolate cake/ filled with a chocolate cheesecake whipped filling/ chocolate whip cream and glittery cherry with TX Viognier
Pairing 3: Holiday fun- gingerbread cake/ filled with a bourbon pastry cream/ cream cheese frosting and mini gingerbread cookie with TX Cabernet Sauvignon
Pairing 4: Mexican Hot Coco- chocolate cake/chipotle & cinnamon ganache/ chocolate buttercream with Sonoma County Zin
Pairing 5: Mint Cookies and Cream- Oreo vanilla cake/ mint buttercream topped with a house made Oreo cookie with Vesenillo port style
